With 16 sprawling acres, Valley View Village has its own neighborhood feel. And, our residents are valued members of the community, not customers. That’s because there is never a buy-in or endowment to join our community. We offer well-designed apartments and suites, serve delicious meals, schedule transportation and even welcome pets. We’re here for you now and as your needs change.

At Valley View Village, we believe fullness of life means staying connected to the world beyond our walls. From Cubs games and fishing trips to lunch outings and appointments, our bus helps residents enjoy those everyday adventures that make life rich and meaningful.
