Last month, Cassia’s Trinity Springs community in Oxford, Florida celebrated the one year anniversary of Chef Charles (Chuck) Casamasima. Chef Chuck has more than thirty years experience in the culinary field. He has opened many restaurants in Florida, including resorts in Disney World.
As you know, life doesn’t always go according to plan. A fall or accident can happen at any time. Maybe you, your spouse, or maybe a parent has sustained an injury and has to go to the hospital. Earlier this month we briefly explained some of the differences between Independent Living and Assisted Living. This month let’s focus on higher levels of living. Here are some options for when your loved one may need more continuous supervision to remain independent, whether that’s on a short term or long care basis.

The day was June 1, 1963. The first 3x5 index card in “The Little Gray Box” belongs to, Pauline Crume, otherwise known as Polly. To my knowledge and as the story has been told, Polly moved in and slept in the back office to listen for/and answer the switchboard.
